From we have read and gathered it all has to do with campaign contributions…. The question is how did board members John McCann and Jim Cartmill escape scrutiny???

They say that most criminals are pretty dumb… don’t want to say Sandoval is a criminal but he did tell a reporter that he was renting out his house in Escondido that was raided and he was living out of town… then when the reporter showed up at the Escondido house guess who answered…. Greg Sandoval. Sandoval is not very bright…

Of course by being investigated doesn’t mean they are guilty of anything, the investigation could clear them of all guilt of whatever they are being investigated for…
